1. A forward-looking scientific programme to excite, inspire and inform
The EAS 2017 Scientific Committee has created a programme featuring ground-breaking speakers in their respective fields. EAS 2017 Prague welcomes this distinguished international faculty to share their forward-looking perspectives on the latest developments in basic research and clinical practice in atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. To the Plenary programme.
2. Share, connect and explore within our many networking opportunities
EAS brings together clinicians and basic scientists across a range of disciplines, all from top-flight opinion leaders to those just starting their careers. The programme is created to give many opportunities, both formal and informal, for the personal, face-to-face discussions that spark scientific creativity, stimulate collaboration and can lead to new friendships.
EAS 2017 will feature Science at a Glance sessions, and Guided Discussions of Poster presentations – further opportunities to exchange your ideas and discuss your work with the leaders in the field.
3. The future of EAS – welcoming Young Investigators
The future of the atherosclerosis field depends on the next generation of investigators, and at EAS 2017 we wish to encourage the participation of young scientists and clinicians by offering dedicated opportunities for them to present their work – Young Investigator Oral Communication Sessions offer selected up-and-coming scientists the opportunity to deliver an oral presentation of their abstract.
